How can we help you?
The Wyoming National Guard Association works for our members

Legislative
WYNGA works on behalf of our members to move legislation efforts forward within the State. We also work with our National Organizations to champion Federal Benefits for all members of the National Guard. We do this through NGAUS and EANGUS.

Scholarships
Scholarships are open from 1 January 2025 thru 15 May 2025. For the Enlisted, EANGUS has multiple cash scholarships, and full tuition scholarships to specific schools, up to Doctorate Degrees. NGAUS has similar offerings for Officers.

We Care For AmericA, Inc.
We Care for America Foundation, Inc. is the charity for the National Guard. We support applications for support from our enlisted members, and thanks to USAA, we supported COVID-19 assistance requests for all members of the National Guard.
President’s Message
Maj Jacque Morey
Welcome to the Wyoming National Guard Association’s website. Our organization strives to support the WY National Guard’s diverse missions and its members. We recognize that serving in the National Guard is a great honor AND comes with unique challenges. We strive to advocate for benefits that appropriately compensate Guardsmen and their families for the sacrifices made in service. We invite you to join us as a member and get involved with one of our committees.
Why choose us
TRICARE RESERVE SELECT
TRICARE Reserve Select is a premium-based health plan for Selected Reserve members (and their families) who qualify, and may be puchased at any time throughout the year.
EARLY RETIREMENT CREDIT
The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2008 enacted the Reduced Retirement Age for Reserve Component (RC) Soldiers based on Active Duty (AD) performance.
MONTGOMERY GI BILL
The GI Bill provides incredible education benefits for eligible Guard Soldiers. If you qualify, you could earn a monthly expense allowance of up to $384—totaling over $13,500 in a four-year period.
COMMISSARY PRIVILEGES
There was a time when the National Guard was not allowed to shop at a Commissary on an Active Duty base. EANGUS fought for those privileges in Congress and won.

What our customers say
John Harris
EANGUS Past President

The Wyoming Association has always been a valued State Association with EANGUS. They get behind valuable legislative efforts that help all the Soldiers and Airmen in the National Guard. Without the support of the States and their members, the National Organizations would not be able to bring benefits like TriCare Reserve Select, GIBill Benefits, or up-to-date equipment to our units.
– CCM (Ret) John Harris
Josh Moore
Command Chief Master Sergeant

As Command Chief, it is my responsibility to support our Airmen and Soldiers to the fullest extent possible, making sure that their families and employers are in the loop on all aspects of deployments, natural disaster response, and support to our national and state mission. The Governor of the State of Wyoming, Mark Gordon, is there to support us on all deployments.
