Who We Are
The Wyoming National Guard Association (WYNGA) is a private, 501(c)(19) non-profit organization comprised of officer and enlisted personnel both active and retired. The WYNGA has a dedicated auxiliary made up of spouses who are the epitome of unconditional support of our organization and active in our communities.

Our Mission
To champion the Soldiers and Airmen of the Wyoming National Guard, retirees, and their families by advocating for their interests, fostering strategic partnerships, and enhancing resources that strengthen readiness, resilience, and community connections.
What We Do
We consistently strive for representation of our citizen Soldiers and Airmen to maintain the Guard as an effective national defense element and state emergency asset by promoting their welfare with our state and national lawmakers.
About Our Business
The WYNGA is proud to have assisted in the legislation of SGLI/SSLI reimbursement (life insurance), Tri-Care Reserve Select (medical/dental insurance), the first four-star general in the history of the National Guard, and new equpment required for successful mission accomplishment and to maintain parity with Active Duty forces. The Association currently is working on early retirement benefits and options, Tri-Care for Life, the transferability of tuition assistance from military members to their family, and additional necessary equipment. We are fortunate in Wyoming to have supportive legislators and employers.
Scholarships
Our annual scholarship program provides scholarships to members of the Wyoming National Guard Association and their family members. We are proud to promote higher education through monetary support.
